Graduating high school students in Quispamsis, New Brunswick have until 5 p.m. on June 1, 2026 to apply for the town’s scholarship program. Three scholarships worth $750 each are up for grabs, but applications must be received before the deadline through the Town of Quispamsis website or in person at Town Hall.
To qualify, students must live in Quispamsis, demonstrate financial need, maintain strong grades, and show an active involvement in the community. They also need to have been accepted to a recognized college, university, or trade school. The money will be paid directly to the school once the student provides proof of formal acceptance.
Applications are being accepted through the Town’s online portal, known as Laserfiche, or the Applications and Forms page on the municipal website. Students can also drop off a paper copy at Town Hall, which is open weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 12 Landing Court.
The 2026 Scholarship Program gives local students a financial boost as they head into further education. With the cutoff set for the end of the day on June 1, eligible students are encouraged to apply soon.
Selection of the winners will be made by the Quispamsis Scholarship Committee, and the scholarships will be paid on the student’s behalf to the institution they choose. For more details, residents can call the Town at (506) 849-5778.
