École Edward Schreyer School in Beausejour, Manitoba, has published its 2026-2027 school calendar online, giving families their first chance to plan around next year’s important dates as the current school year winds down. The calendar appeared on the school website on June 25, just days before the final bell rings on June 29.
Report cards go home and final classes wrap up on June 29, followed by a professional development day on June 30 when students will not attend. The timing lets parents and students look ahead while finishing the current term.
The new 2026-2027 school calendar shows classes starting September 8, 2026 after Labour Day on September 7. Christmas break runs from December 21, 2026 through January 1, 2027, and spring break is set for March 26 to April 2, 2027. The last day of classes is June 29, 2027, with a final PD Day on June 30 when students will not attend.
The school serves around 740 students in grades 6 through 12 through both English and French Immersion streams. It belongs to the Sunrise School Division, which runs 19 schools across eastern Manitoba.
