Environment Canada calls for cloudy skies and a 40 percent chance of showers, with the high topping out at just 17°C. Current observations from Victoria International Airport, just west of Sidney, showed mostly cloudy skies and a temperature of 16.9°C early Monday afternoon, with southeast winds at 18 km/h.
