Farmery Estate Brewery near Neepawa, Manitoba, is holding its annual Harvest Festival on July 11, 2026, with a summer outdoor concert and craft beer festival starting at 2 p.m. The event brings live music and locally brewed beer to the farm-based brewery, drawing visitors from across the region.
The brewery is Canada’s first and only estate brewery, growing its own barley and hops on the family farm owned by brothers Chris and Lawrence Warwaruk. Since opening in 2016, the brewery has become a destination for those wanting to experience farm-to-glass brewing. The festival is one of several events that support local tourism in the growing community.
The Harvest Festival is an outdoor celebration featuring live music, craft beer, and the brewery’s rural setting. Visitors can enjoy beers brewed with ingredients from the property’s 20-acre hopyard and barley fields. The Warwaruk brothers saved their family farm from bankruptcy in the late 1990s by opening a restaurant in Winnipeg, later using profits to launch Farmery. Their appearance on Dragon’s Den in 2014 helped fund the Neepawa brewery.
Farmery has expanded its reach in recent years, entering Alberta markets in 2024 and serving as the official craft beer of the Brandon Wheat Kings. The Harvest Festival is open to the public and offers a chance to sample core beers like Premium Lager, Blonde Canadian Pale Ale, and Prairie Berry Ale.
