The Saskatchewan Roughriders will host the Toronto Argonauts at Mosaic Stadium in Regina on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at 5:00 p.m., with a full afternoon of family-friendly activities planned for the Week 13 CFL matchup.
The game, titled The Greatest Show on Turf – Family Day Carnival and presented by nîkihk, includes a pre-game youth football showcase, a halftime performance by the Jr. Rider Cheer program, and the debut of the Rider Nation Alternate uniforms for fans to see.
According to the Roughriders, 350 young cheerleaders ages 5 to 16 will take part in the halftime show after practicing Friday evening. No experience is required, and participants receive game vouchers with their camp registration.
When the final whistle blows, fans are invited onto the field for a post-game celebration to cap off the afternoon.
The Roughriders are defending Grey Cup champions and will use the August 29 game to build momentum before the 61st Labour Day Classic against the Winnipeg Blue Bombers on September 6.
