Nor-man Glass Ltd. has donated $2,000 to the Heritage North Museum in Thompson to support its Flea Market & BBQ Fundraiser. The donation was announced on July 31, 2026.
The Heritage North Museum Board of Directors and Staff thanked Nor-man Glass for the contribution, saying it will help the small non-profit continue offering community-focused events and create opportunities for people to connect with local heritage.
Nor-man Glass has been serving Thompson and surrounding northern communities since 1971. The company provides windows, doors, garage doors, and glass replacement services.
The Flea Market & BBQ Fundraiser is held every Saturday in August, weather permitting. Vendor tables are available for $20, and ‘Junk in the Trunk’ parking spaces cost $10. To book a spot, call (204) 677-2216.
The Heritage North Museum is located at 162 Princeton Drive. It features two log structures with exhibits on local wildlife, First Nations artifacts, a boreal forest diorama, and mining history.
