Beaumont has released its 2026 fall recreation guide, with resident registration opening August 10 at 9 a.m. Programs run from September 1 through December 31, offering everything from fitness and dance to art, STEM, and sports for all ages.
The Fall Activity Guide is available online through the city’s website. Resident sign-up begins August 10 at 9 a.m., while everyone else can register starting August 12. All registration is handled through the Click-it online system.
Beaumont uses a virtual waiting room that opens an hour before registration begins. At 9 a.m., people in the waiting room are randomly assigned a spot in line to keep things fair. The city recommends families double-check their contact information in their Click-it accounts ahead of time. New residents or anyone needing to add a family member can call BSRC Guest Services at 780-929-7946 before registration day.
Most programs happen at the Beaumont Sport and Recreation Centre, which features an arena, gym, field house, pool, walking track, climbing gym, and fitness centre. The fall lineup includes aquatic leadership courses alongside a wide range of land-based activities.
Beaumont, one of Alberta’s fastest-growing communities, has seen its population jump to 26,305. City council recently approved a new four-year strategic plan that emphasizes resident-focused services and community well-being, which fits with the expanding recreation options offered each season.
