Local police are reminding residents to keep their properties secure following recent reports of criminal activity in Beaumont. The Beaumont RCMP detachment reported that officers responded to 78 calls for service during the final week of March 2026.
The calls for service handled by the detachment between March 23 and March 29 included reports of break-and-enter incidents at businesses, as well as a variety of other community concerns such as breaches of peace and requests for assistance. These figures are part of the ongoing efforts by local law enforcement to monitor and manage public safety in the growing city.
