The Brandon Police Service continues to recover firearms linked to a March 27, 2026, break-and-enter after executing a search warrant in the 2300 block of Brandon Avenue on April 28.
The investigation began after multiple firearms were stolen from a residence in the 400 block of 22nd Street. Following the initial report, police recovered five stolen firearms and arrested four suspects between March 27 and March 28. Those originally arrested include Kole Walker Blackbird, Shyla Jayne McKay, Cashes Jay Alex Ducharme, and Xavierra Star Sunrise Cook.
During the April 28 search, officers located a sawed-off 12-gauge shotgun confirmed to be stolen from the March break-and-enter, along with a loaded, sawed-off .22 caliber rifle. Officers also discovered ammunition, drug packaging materials, scales, and methamphetamines at the scene. As a result of this search, 23-year-old Johnny Isaac Campbell was arrested and faces multiple charges related to firearm possession and drug trafficking.
Police also apprehended 31-year-old Jordan Lee Brandon on the evening of April 29. He was wanted on several charges, including break and enter to steal a firearm and unauthorized possession of a firearm. The police investigation into the remaining missing property remains ongoing.
