Residents of Bridgewater can visit the local farmers market today, April 11, 2026. The market is located at 123 Empire Street and will be open to the public from 10 am to 1 pm.
The Bridgewater Farmers’ Market is hosting this event in its indoor area, ensuring the market can proceed regardless of rain or cold weather. These spring events are part of an effort by the Bridgewater Farmers’ Market Association to move toward a year-round shopping model for the community.
In addition to showcasing local goods, the market is launching a new multi-year fundraising campaign. The association aims to collect money to improve both the indoor building and the outdoor facilities at the site. The facility, known as the former Bridgewater Memorial Arena, is currently part of a naming process led by the Town of Bridgewater as it no longer functions as an arena.
Shoppers who miss today’s market have another opportunity to attend on April 25, 2026. Weekly markets began on April 9, 2026, and will continue through November 21, 2026. The market has supported local producers since 2009.
