The Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club will run the league, which serves about 1,700 youth in the community. The program includes a soccer school for children aged 4 to 6 and a house league for those aged 7 to 18, with the season typically running from May to August.
All games and practices take place at Southward Community Park at 84 Mud Street West. The Town of Grimsby maintains these sports fields for the club to use during the season.
The organization is also looking for volunteers to help run the soccer sessions this year. Parents and older students can sign up to assist with the program, which helps the non-profit group provide sports opportunities for local families.
