Classic rock fans in Hanover, Ontario, can look forward to a double feature concert at the Hanover Civic Theatre on July 23, 2027. The tribute performance, titled More Than a Feeling – A Boston & Kansas Experience, will begin at 7:00 PM, with tickets priced at $45.
Organized by Back Porch Events, the show is part of a larger series of tribute performances featuring music from artists such as Bon Jovi, Cher, Neil Diamond, and ZZ Top. These concerts are hosted at the historic theatre, which has been a community hub since 1911 and is located within the town’s civic centre complex at 443 10th Avenue.
The theatre underwent a $1.8 million renovation that was completed in 2022. The project updated the facility’s interior with a new sound system, modern lighting, a reinforced roof, and a new floor. Accessibility improvements were also made to the washrooms and seating area, which now features 268 tiered seats designed to offer an intimate viewing experience.
