High Level, Alberta residents will see temporary back lane closures for the next four to six weeks as Neuterra Ventures. handles utility construction work, the town announced. The work, which started June 1, 2026, means people in affected areas need to park their vehicles on front streets while crews are active.
The utility construction may include excavation, hydrovac work, and drilling within laneways, roadways, boulevards, and adjacent properties. The Town of High Level advises the closures are weather permitting and could shift depending on conditions on the ground.
Neuterra Ventures, formerly known as GP Utilities Inc. and based in Grande Prairie, specializes in horizontal drilling, utility installation, and reclamation services for gas, telecommunication, water, and sewer infrastructure across Western Canada. The company brings decades of experience in civil earthworks and buried utility projects to the community.
