Owen Sound Fire and Emergency Services is now accepting applications for its annual Junior Firefighter Program in Owen Sound, Ontario. This hands-on initiative gives local students in Grades 5 and 6 a chance to learn about fire safety and the work of emergency responders on Tuesdays throughout the month of May.
Applications for the program opened on March 1, 2026, and will be accepted until the deadline on March 27, 2026. Interested participants are encouraged to submit their information through the city’s online application form within this timeframe.
