The Town of Quispamsis is calling on residents to help beautify local neighbourhoods as part of the 22nd annual A Cleaner Greener Quispamsis initiative. This yearly event runs from Earth Day, April 22, 2026, through May 13, 2026, and invites volunteers to assist in collecting litter from public spaces.
Those looking to get involved can participate in volunteer cleanup sessions held throughout the campaign. Upcoming sessions are set for April 22 and April 27, 2026, with both starting at 8:00 AM. Further opportunities to help will be available on May 4 and May 11.
Once litter has been collected, volunteers can deposit the waste in dedicated bins located at the Quispamsis Memorial Arena at 350 Hampton Rd or at the James Rolfe Field parking lot at 11 Recreation Centre Road.
The cleanup effort is part of the municipality’s environmental programs, which also include participation from town councillors and staff.
