According to Environment Canada, daytime highs will range from 24°C on Monday, July 13, to 29°C by Sunday. The overnight lows will sit around 8°C to 13°C, meaning evenings will stay mild for outdoor plans.
The UV index will reach 7, or high, on Monday and Tuesday. That means anyone spending time outside should wear sunscreen, a hat, and try to find shade during the midday hours when the sun is strongest.
While the outlook is mostly clear, there is a 30 percent chance of showers and a risk of thunderstorms on Monday and Tuesday afternoons, with a chance of showers also on Wednesday and Saturday. So far, Environment Canada has not issued any watches or warnings for the area.
