A 13-year-old girl reported missing from her home in Langruth, Manitoba, has been safely located. Cleora was found on March 27, 2026, ending a search that began after she was last seen at her residence early on the morning of March 24, 2026.
The search for the teenager prompted a significant community response across the region. Local authorities from the Amaranth RCMP detachment led the investigation, initially suggesting that the youth may have traveled to Portage la Prairie or the Ebb and Flow First Nation.
Community organizations played a key role in sharing information to assist the search. The Sandy Bay First Nation official Facebook page shared the missing persons alert, helping to spread the notice to a wider audience. Additionally, the Southern Chiefs’ Organization actively supported the efforts by sharing the alert and providing updates throughout the time the teen was missing.
Police had previously described the teen as 4 feet 10 inches tall with a slim build, straight brown hair, and brown eyes. They also noted she wore braces and fake eyelashes. Officials confirmed she was located safe on March 27, 2026.
