A new art exhibition titled Muses is now open at the Sam Waller Museum in The Pas, Manitoba. The show features work by artist Martine Bilodeau and will be available for the community to visit from March 13 to April 25, 2026.
The exhibit includes 16 oil paintings on canvas that focus on how young girls see themselves. These artworks explore the pressure of societal standards and the importance of recognizing personal worth and inner muses.
This collection is part of a touring program organized by the Manitoba Arts Network. The group works to bring professional art displays to different regions across the province.
Residents can see the paintings at the museum located at 306 Fischer Avenue. The artwork is being shown in the Susan MacCharles Gallery during the museum’s regular business hours.
