A new 234,000-square-foot industrial facility is nearing completion in Tillsonburg, Ontario, as construction crews reach a major milestone in March 2026. The project is being managed by the Sierra Construction Group and will provide a large new space for industrial use in the community.
Workers are currently finishing the exterior of the building by installing the final sections of roofing and insulated metal panels on the walls. Even with the recent cold weather, the outer shell of the massive warehouse is almost done.
The Sierra Construction Group is an independent firm based in Woodstock that specializes in general contracting and designing large infrastructure projects. This project is one of the larger industrial developments currently under construction in the region.
The Town of Tillsonburg oversaw the site plans for this development, which is expected to support the town’s growing economic sector. While the final tenant for the building has not been named yet, the facility is a significant addition to the local industrial landscape.
