On February 28, 2026, the Regina Pats defeated the Saskatoon Blades 6-3 at the Brandt Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan. This victory solidifies the team’s position in seventh place in the Eastern Conference standings as they have now won seven of their last nine games.
Player Maddox Schultz led the team with two goals and one assist before leaving the game in the third period after taking a point shot in the midsection. Goaltender Marek Schlenker helped secure the win by making 38 saves, which earned him his 16th win of the season and third star honours for the night.
The team also wore special jerseys designed by fan Harlee Polasek as part of a community initiative. These jerseys were auctioned off to raise money for the President’s Choice Children’s Charity.
