The Upper Ottawa Valley Ontario Provincial Police are looking for a black SUV that was stolen from a driveway in Petawawa, Ontario, on March 7, 2026. The 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander was taken from a home on Nuthatch Drive at about 3:30 a.m.
The vehicle had the Ontario license plate DJFM 133 at the time it was taken. The Renfrew County Street Crime Unit is currently helping local police with the active investigation.
This theft follows a recent trend of similar vehicles being targeted by thieves throughout the region. Officers are asking residents in the area to check their doorbell or home security cameras for any suspicious activity from that morning.
Anyone who might have seen something or has information about the vehicle is asked to call the police at 1-888-310-1122. Residents can also submit tips without giving their name to Renfrew County Crime Stoppers.
