The 21st annual Ipperwash Maple Syrup Festival is returning to Lambton Shores, Ontario, near Sarnia, on March 21 and 22, 2026. This local tradition is making its first appearance since 2020. The event celebrates the heritage of the region and focuses on how local syrup is made.
