The Sarnia Police Service has arrested three people following a home invasion and stabbing that took place on March 9, 2026, at a residence in Sarnia, Ontario. The arrests follow an investigation into a violent incident where suspects forced their way into a locked bedroom to assault the people inside.
Police report that the suspects entered a home on Russell Street South and stabbed a man in the leg. A second person who tried to stop the attack was also assaulted. Officers provided first aid to the stabbing victim at the scene before he was taken to a local hospital and then flown to a regional trauma centre.
The victim is currently reported to be in stable condition. Tesha Oliver was arrested on March 12, 2026, followed by the arrests of Donovan Joseph and Jacob Oliver on March 15, 2026, at a home on Willa Drive. All three individuals have been kept in custody as the legal process continues.
