Lethbridge, Alberta, will host the inaugural Canadian Grand Slam of Baseball Showcase and Festival from May 21 to May 31, 2026. This 11-day event will bring together college tournaments, youth activities, and a retired professional star to celebrate the sport at Spitz Stadium.
The festival includes the Canadian College Baseball Conference World Series, featuring the top six teams from May 22 to May 25, 2026. Later that week, fans can attend the Lethbridge Bulls home opener on May 28 and watch the Road to Okotoks national qualifier tournament, a Baseball Canada event hosted by the Prairie Baseball Academy and Vauxhall Academy through the end of the month.
Retired Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Kevin Pillar will headline the Canadian Baseball Legends Gala at the Sandman Signature Hotel on May 27, 2026. Pillar, who finished a 13-year major league career in 2025, will also spend time with local children during the T-Ball Extravaganza on May 29 and May 30.
Local youth can participate in skills camps supported by McDonald’s during the festival. All Lethbridge Bulls home games will feature 50/50 raffles to help raise money for community programs and stadium operations at Spitz Stadium.
