The Regina Police Service is asking for the public’s help to find two boys who have been reported missing in separate incidents this spring in Regina, Saskatchewan.
Eleven-year-old Elijah Mantee-Lerat was last seen on March 28, 2026, at approximately 6:55 p.m. in the 2800 block of East 7 Avenue. He is described as five-foot-one with a thin build, brown hair, and brown eyes.
Ten-year-old Creedence Wolfe-Racette was reported missing on April 3, 2026, after being last seen at approximately 4:30 p.m. near Saskatchewan Drive and Elphinstone Street. He is described as five-foot-two with a medium build, short black hair, and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black jeans with holes, a white hoodie featuring a spider design, and white Jordan runners with blue trim.
Police consider both children to be vulnerable due to their age and are working to locate them to ensure their safety. Both boys have been reported missing multiple times in the past and were found safe on those occasions.
These cases are part of a larger trend in the city, where police received 1,499 missing persons reports last year. Of those reports, 1,138 involved children under the age of 18, and 481 of the youth involved were repeat runaways. To manage these investigations, the police service utilizes a dedicated missing persons co-ordinator, a long-term missing person investigator, and patrol members who are tasked with searching for vulnerable individuals.
