The Lethbridge Police Service is asking for the public’s help to track down a driver involved in a hit and run that left a parked vehicle with significant damage. The incident occurred between 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on March 24, 2026, on the 900 block of 18 Street North.
Investigators determined from debris left at the scene that the suspect was driving a 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander. This vehicle should have noticeable damage to its front passenger side.
Under the Traffic Safety Act in Alberta, any driver involved in a collision must remain at the scene and exchange contact information. Leaving the site of a crash is a serious offence that can lead to charges under both provincial laws and the Criminal Code of Canada.
