Police alleged the man failed to abide by conditions related to contact with an ex-girlfriend, residency requirements, and failing to keep the peace.
Other notable incidents from the holiday period included a 37-year-old man arrested on April 6, 2026, following an intimate partner violence call. He faces a charge of domestic assault.
The call volume over the Easter weekend follows a period of high operational demand for local officers. Earlier this spring, the service documented 162 calls for service over the weekend of March 28-30, 2026.
