The Niverville Farmers’ Market is set to debut as a new weekly summer event on May 6, 2026, at the Centennial Arena parking lot in Niverville, Manitoba.
This initiative, which has been in development for more than a year, is led by local resident Sandra Ingenmey in partnership with the Niverville Chamber of Commerce. The Town of Niverville is supporting the market by providing the parking lot free of charge, along with access to water, electricity, washroom facilities, and garbage collection services.
Organizers are currently looking for volunteers to help with the season, with opportunities available in areas such as planning, marketing, vendor support, and on-site coordination. Those interested in contributing to the market can connect with the chamber of commerce for more information.
Residents can look forward to several other community events in the coming months. The Niverville Fair will return to Main Street on June 12 and 13, 2026. Following the fair, the Niverville High School graduation will take place on June 25, 2026, featuring a convocation at the school gym, a banquet at the Niverville Event Centre, and a safe graduation event at the local arena.
