Police in Oshawa are looking for at least four suspects following an armed home invasion that occurred on May 13, 2026. The incident took place at approximately 2:45 a.m. at a residence near Cobblehill Drive and Attersley Drive in the Pinecrest neighbourhood.
According to the Durham Regional Police Service, three masked individuals carrying handguns forced their way into the home. Once inside, they held the occupants at gunpoint while they searched the residence. The victims were not physically injured during the encounter. The three suspects then left the property and fled in a waiting vehicle driven by a fourth person.
Investigators from the Auto Robbery Crime Unit are asking anyone who was in the area between 2:00 a.m. and 3:30 a.m. on May 13 to check any dash cam, surveillance, or cell phone footage they may have captured. Residents with information or relevant video are asked to contact the unit at 1-888-579-1520, extension 5355.
Those who prefer to remain anonymous can provide information to Durham Regional Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477. Tipsters who provide information leading to an arrest may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
