The Spruce Grove and District Agricultural Heritage Society is bringing back its annual Agra Fair to Central Park from September 11 to 13, 2026, in Spruce Grove, Alberta. The three-day fair celebrates local agriculture and culture with rides, live music, food, and family activities.
The Ag Society has released a digital booklet on its website with the full schedule, entertainment lineup, and a site map. Organizers say the booklet has everything residents need to plan their visit to the fair.
Headline performers this year include Calgary party band Silly Wrabbit on Friday, September 11, and Canadian country-pop artist Jordyn Pollard on Saturday, September 12. Both shows run from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
Other attractions include carnival rides, cultural performances, Alberta’s second largest Bench Show, pancake breakfasts, a petting zoo, frog jump and rooster crow contests, and food trucks. The fair runs for three days, from September 11 to 13.
This is the fifth year of the fair’s revival. It returned in 2022 after a hiatus of more than 20 years, with 120 volunteers logging over 1,000 hours during that event week. Lori Sewell, co-chair of the Ag Society’s 50th-anniversary committee, said it was clear the community wanted the fair to return.
The Ag Society has deep roots in Spruce Grove. Founded in 1972, the group also operates the Grain Elevator Museum, a 1958 Alberta Wheat Pool elevator saved from demolition in 1995 for $1 and now a Provincial Historic Resource.
