The Municipal District of Bonnyville is hiring seasonal staff for Kinosoo Ridge Resort as the ski hill prepares for the upcoming winter season.
Four positions are open until filled: Freestyle Ski Coach, Ski & Snowboard Instructor, Ski Patrol, and Snow Maker. The Freestyle Ski Coach posting went up on August 21, 2026, while the other three were posted on August 10, 2026. All roles fall under the Community Services Department.
Kinosoo Ridge sits about 14 km east of Cold Lake and has grown from roughly 7,000 visits in 1995 to nearly 50,000 annually. It draws skiers and snowboarders from up to 1.5 hours away and welcomes more than 60 school groups each year for lessons.
The resort features 13 runs, five lifts, a terrain park, tubing park, and night skiing. Early bird season pass sales run from August 29 to October 15, 2026, signalling a push to gear up for winter operations.
