The Carberry and Area Community Foundation is inviting local groups in Carberry, Manitoba, to apply for funding to help pay for community projects before the spring deadline. Local non-profit organizations and registered charities have until March 15, 2026, to submit their applications for this round of support.
These grants are available for projects that improve the wellbeing of people living in Carberry and the surrounding Municipality of North Cypress-Langford. The foundation provides money to help various groups, including local schools and social service providers, start or continue work that helps the town grow.
This is the first of two funding opportunities the foundation offers each year. If an organization misses the upcoming March deadline, they will be able to apply again during the next window which runs from August 1 to September 15, 2026.
The Carberry and Area Community Foundation was first started in 1996 to help manage donations and give back to the community. Since then, it has supported local work in areas such as healthcare, education, and the preservation of local history.
Interested groups can find the application forms on the foundation website. Applications can be sent in using an online form or by downloading a document to fill out and submit.
