The Kingston Police are continuing their investigation into two separate robberies that occurred at convenience stores in the city on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
The first incident took place at approximately 5:00 p.m. at a store located near Princess Street and University Avenue. During this event, a store clerk was assaulted. A second robbery, believed to involve the same suspects, occurred four hours later at approximately 9:00 p.m. at a convenience store in the area of Montreal Street and Sutherland Street, where another clerk was assaulted.
Following a public appeal for information, the police confirmed that the suspects have been identified, though the investigation remains ongoing. Officials have assigned case numbers 26-12165 and 26-12186 to the incidents.
