Wednesday will be sunny with a high of 15°C, Thursday sunny and 18°C, and Friday sunny and 19°C, making it the warmest day of the week. Environment Canada’s September normal high for the area is 15°C, so Friday’s peak will be about 4 degrees above average.
No weather alerts are in effect for the St. John’s and vicinity area, which includes Mount Pearl. Observations from St. John’s International Airport on Monday afternoon showed mostly cloudy skies and a temperature of 13.6°C.
