The Niverville Event Centre is preparing to host the 2026 MB Makers Market on Saturday, May 2, 2026, featuring over 70 vendors showcasing exclusively handmade goods. The event, which takes place from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., is now at capacity with all vendor booths sold out.
Held annually since at least 2022, the market is a highlight at the Niverville Heritage Centre. The venue is a non-profit, community-owned social enterprise that occupies more than 140,000 square feet. This year, public admission to the market is available by monetary donation.
Proceeds from the event support ongoing improvements across the Niverville Heritage Centre campus, including various beautification projects. The centre has become a central hub for the community, which earned recognition as the fastest-growing municipality in Manitoba based on a 29 per cent population increase between 2016 and 2021.
