Residents can expect the weather to begin improving toward the end of the week, with sunny skies forecast for Friday and a mix of sun and cloud for the weekend. Temperatures are expected to climb from morning lows of -11°C, which feel like -19°C with the wind chill, to more comfortable daytime highs reaching 12°C by Saturday.
Niverville, located approximately 40 km south of Winnipeg, has seen significant growth in recent years. Data from Statistics Canada identifies the community as the fastest-growing municipality in Manitoba, with a 29 per cent population increase since 2016.
