Residents of Stouffville, Ontario, can look forward to a busy stretch of summer fun as a series of free events take over Main Street and Memorial Park from August 13 to 14, 2026. The lineup includes Moonlight Madness, a live concert at the new Urban Plaza, and an outdoor movie night, all part of the Town’s Stouffville Celebrates Summer Series, presented by City Park Homes.
Moonlight Madness kicks things off on August 13 along Main Street from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The evening will feature sidewalk sales, special promotions, local artisans, family-friendly activities, and live entertainment. It is a chance to shop, dine, and enjoy the community spirit right in the Village of Stouffville.
Later that night, at 7:30 PM, the Endless Summer on the Patio event brings the Beach Party Boys to the stage at the Urban Plaza, located at 6240 Main Street. The group is a Beach Boys tribute band with over 25 years of experience, and they have performed at the Canadian National Exhibition and even alongside the real Beach Boys in Montreal. Organizers describe it as the ultimate beach party, encouraging attendees to break out Hawaiian shirts and straw hats.
The Urban Plaza itself will be officially opened a day earlier, on August 12, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The new space is meant to be a hub for music, recreation, and community gatherings in the heart of downtown.
On August 14, the weekend wraps up with Movies in the Park at Memorial Park, located at 2 Park Drive. The screening of the family film “Hoppers” begins at sundown, around 8:30 PM. Admission is free and no registration is needed. The town encourages families to bring lawn chairs and blankets to enjoy the show under the stars.
