The Town of Amherstburg, Ontario, is inviting local entertainers to try out for summer community events during the “Show Us Your Talent” open auditions on March 29, 2026.
The auditions will be held at Musicland Amherstburg, located at 59 Richmond St. Singers, musicians, jugglers, and other performers are encouraged to showcase their skills for a chance to be included in the town’s summer festival lineup.
Performers must book a 15-minute audition slot in advance by calling 519-730-1309. This is the third year the Tourism Department has used this program to find local talent for the popular Open Air street festival series.
People who have already performed at town events in the past do not need to audition again this year. The town keeps a record of previous entertainers and will consider them for upcoming programs without a new tryout.
