The fourth annual Pride Halton Parade and Festival is coming to Milton, Ontario, on Sunday, July 19, 2026. This local celebration has grown significantly since it first started, now offering a full day of events for the entire community to enjoy.
Organized by PRISM Halton, the festivities will begin with a parade along Main Street. The event will then move into a day-long festival called Pride in the Park, which includes various community groups and local vendors.
Organizers with Pride Halton are currently looking for volunteers, sponsors, and performers to help run the summer event. Chair Melanie Tremills and planning team member Matthew George are preparing for what is expected to be the largest turnout in the event’s history.
According to local reports, the festival has seen a steady increase in interest from residents and businesses since 2023. The expansion into a day-long celebration was created to meet the high demand from local families and community partners.
