The touring Poutine Feast festival is returning to Brockville, bringing four gourmet poutine vendors to Hardy Park at 98 Water Street West from August 13 to 16. The four-day event, which is free to attend, will run from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday through Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
More than 50 poutine variations will be available, including options for vegans, vegetarians, and those needing gluten-free meals. The festival also features live entertainment, children’s games, a local artisan market, and a pet-friendly atmosphere. Brockville is the 16th stop on Poutine Feast’s 2026 Ontario tour, which visits 19 communities between April and September.
Among the confirmed poutine vendors are Fat Les’s Road Crew, Groovy Gravy, Smokin Carnivores, and Tragically Chip Wagon. Additional food vendors will sell corn dogs, mini donuts, lemonade, and bubble tea. Non-food vendors include a soap maker, clothing and collectibles, and a charity booth.
While general entry is free, optional VIP packages are available for $50 to $270, offering perks such as express lines and reserved seating. Organizers say the Brockville stop typically draws large crowds to the waterfront park, which is a regular host for summer festivals along the St. Lawrence River.
Poutine Feast was founded in 2018 by chip stand owners led by Les Winters, known as Fat Les, and has grown into Ontario’s largest touring poutine festival. For the full schedule and vendor lineup, visit Brockville Tourism.
