Residents in a section of Almonte will experience a planned power outage on Friday, April 24, 2026, as crews perform necessary maintenance work. The Ottawa River Power Corporation has announced the service interruption will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The outage is required to allow for tree removal operations in the area. The work will specifically affect customers located on Arthur Street, King Street, and St. George Street.
