The Blackfalds Bulldogs are preparing for the 2026-2027 hockey season with the announcement of six new player signings finalized between May 6 and May 15, 2026. The Blackfalds Bulldogs, who play at the Eagle Builders Centre, are building their roster after concluding the previous season with a 37-15-2 record.
The incoming players include four forwards, Blake Kiley-Ram, Maxx Parfitt, Henry Kress, and Theo Vantine, as well as two defencemen, Johnny Crawford and Hampus Vandenberg. Five of the new recruits are joining from the United States, representing Arizona, Colorado, California, Missouri, and Connecticut, while Maxx Parfitt arrives from British Columbia.
Director of Player Personnel Al Parada has been overseeing the recruitment process as the team looks to strengthen its lineup for the upcoming year. The organization, owned by Doug Quinn and Jodie Quinn, aims to build upon their 2025-2026 campaign, which saw the club secure a No. 2 seed in the Interior East Division before their playoff run ended in April.
These latest signings mark a significant step for the franchise as it prepares for its third season in the British Columbia Hockey League. The team originally relocated to Blackfalds in 2021 and joined the current league in 2024.
